About these terms

These terms govern your use of sreevantasarees.com and any order you place with us. By using the site or creating an account, you agree to them.

Products and handloom variation

Every saree listed is a handloom textile. Slight irregularities in weave, motif alignment and colour are inherent to hand weaving and are not defects.

We photograph each saree as faithfully as we can. Screen calibration may still alter how a colour appears to you.

Pricing and orders

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.

An order is confirmed only once payment is received and we send you a confirmation. We may decline an order where a saree is no longer available.

Delivery

Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates. We dispatch only after each saree has been checked and packed by hand.

Returns and exchanges

Returns and exchanges may be requested within seven days of delivery, in original, unworn condition with packing and tags intact. Requests are raised from your account.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Intellectual property

Photographs, written material and the design of this site belong to Sreevanta Sarees and may not be reproduced without permission.
