What we sell
Seven weaves: Chettinad Cotton, Pochampally Silk Cotton, Kanchipuram Cotton, Maheshwari Silk Cotton, Madurai Sungudi Cotton, Cotton Handloom Butta, and Rich Pallu Kanchi Cotton.
How we source
Handloom only — from the recognised weaving clusters associated with each tradition. Maheshwari, Pochampally Ikat and Madurai Sungudi carry Geographical Indication tags.
How we describe a saree
Every listing states fabric, weave, region, length, blouse piece, and care instructions. We publish factual weave guides rather than marketing copy.
Why we began
Sreevanta Sarees began with a simple thought: to support the small weaving communities of Tamil Nadu and celebrate the heritage woven into every saree. Our intention is to bring these timeless traditions to a wider audience while ensuring that the people behind the craft share in the value of what they create.
