What we collect

Order records: what you bought, when, and where it was sent.

Messages you send us through support requests.

Basic technical information needed to keep the site secure and working.

Why we hold it

To take, pack and deliver your orders, to answer your questions, to handle returns, and to meet our legal and tax obligations.

We send marketing letters only where you have asked us to, and you can stop them at any time from your account settings.

Payments

We do not store card details. Payments are handled by our payment partner, which tokenises card data in line with Reserve Bank of India rules.

Sharing

We share only what is necessary: delivery details with our courier partner, and payment details with our payment partner. We do not sell personal information.

Keeping it

Order records are retained for as long as the law requires. Other account information is erased when you close your account.

Your choices

You may download a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to close your account and erase it — all from Account → Settings & privacy.
